Our straightforward aircraft rental rates are set to industry standards. You pick up your plane fueled – no fuel charges, or surcharges.  At PIC our plane rental rates include one hour of free standby-not-flown time in all rentals! Here are some more details about our rates.

• A PIC day is 8 am – 8 pm. If you fly for 5 hours in that day, no daily stand-by fees apply.
• It pays to fly! Long-term renters, if you fly for 5 hours in a PIC day, no daily stand-by fees apply.
• Cross-country and multi-day rentals are billed a minimum of 2 hours Hourly Flown Rate, plus the Daily Standby-Not-Flown Rate per day, so it pays to fly!
• Additional standby/hold hours are billed at our Hourly Standby Time, to maximum daily Standby-Not-Flown rate.
